Introduction to Music Theory & Composition takes a fun approach
to grasping the fundamental ideas and tools that are used to compose music
that resonates with us. With a range of listening exercises and composition
games, this course teaches the language of Western music from the most basic elements through to more nuanced expressions. Participants are encouraged to bring recordings, questions, and observations to class for discussion as we unlock the secrets of what makes music meaningful.
I’m under the impression that this course is full now. If so, will it be offered again? Is there a waiting list? I’m new to this space, so I’m not quite sure if I’m communicating in the proper space.
