Make a Basic Key Fob (Free Virtual Class!)

Make A Basic Key Fob with instructor Amity Ollis (Virtual Class)

Need a simple project & stress reliever? Join us virtually to make a basic key fob that fits over your wrist and never lose your keys again. This class will include a short demo on the Cricut Maker.

Supplies:

  • A piece of fabric, at least 4 inches wide by 12 inches long. You can use a sewing machine or sew by hand. A thicker fabric like canvas, vinyl, ribbon, etc. works better than cotton, but cotton is still an option.

  • A key fob attachment (available at most craft stores or online)

  • Basting or double sided tape (optional)

  • Sewing machine or needle and thread (if doing by hand, a heavier thread and an upholstery/leather needle suggested)

  • Scissors

If you would like a precut piece of vinyl and the fob attachment, we can mail you the materials in advance of the class. Cost is $6 for each set and can be sent via PayPal to [email protected]. Specify your color preference (red, black, white, gray, green, orange, blue, yellow, carbon fiber red or blue, purple, etc.) Glitter vinyl is available in gold, silver, purple, green, and red for $8 per set. Leather is available in aged brown, black, Ferrari red (yes, from the car) for $8 per set. If you need thread too, let us know.

This class is presented free, but registration is required. Please register and a link will be sent to you on how to connect to the class.
