Dear CMS Members,
We’re looking for members to be involved in a number of activities to help showcase the Claremont MakerSpace at our upcoming Open House on December 16th from 2 to 5 pm.
Here’s how you can be involved:
- Show off and/or sell your work!
- Do a demonstration on a tool, or show off a project that you are working on.
- Lead a guided tour of the MakerSpace.
- Greet folks at the door.
- Play a musical instrument.
- Provide an interactive activity for visitors.
Or just do whatever you can think of that will help promote the MakerSpace and help create a fun and informative 3 hours for the greater community.
In the past we have had pretty good turnouts for our Open Houses. We know that it is a busy time of year, but if you have a Personal Studio Space please tidy it up before the Open House! Shop Leads please make sure your shops are clean, unobstructed and ready for visitors as we want to make a good impression.
